Ingredients
Preparation
- 1
Season 800 g fish with the juice of 1 lime, 2 garlic cloves and salt; rest for 20 minutes.
- 2
Layer 2 tomatoes, 1 onion and 1 red bell pepper in a wide pot; arrange the fish on top.
- 3
Add 200 ml coconut milk, 2 tablespoons dendê oil and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- 4
Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 25 minutes, gently moving the pot without breaking the fish.

Cooking tips
- Move the pot gently instead of stirring with a spoon so the fish pieces stay intact.
