History
Bandeja paisa is closely associated with Antioquia and Colombia's Coffee Region. Its format brings together energy-rich foods from Paisa rural tradition on one large platter and it is now one of Colombia's best-known dishes.

- 3
Brown 300 g ground beef, 200 g pork belly and 4 chorizos separately until fully cooked.

Fry 2 ripe plantains in slices and cook 4 eggs to your liking; warm 4 arepas.
- 5

Cooking tips
- Serve all components freshly cooked to keep the contrast between creamy beans, browned meats and crisp plantain.
